We have owned and operated our Mister Transmission for the last 25 years. In that time we have developed the reputation for outstanding customer service which ranks among the highest in our chain nationwide. We are very proud of that as we place emphasis on service.
Unfortunately, no company can please everyone, especially when a customer does not want to see reason. We have served thousands of customers at our location and no one has every left dissatisfied with our service.
As Tom in Ajax wrote, Tom was a return customer. As he indicated, "I am a return customer, on 2 occasions, I was satisfied." He obviously was happy with our work and service. If he wasn't he would never have returned for a third time.
Tom went as far as complaining to Consumer Affairs. Now, when it gets to that point, Consumer Affairs usually sides with the customer. After we explained our side of the story to Consumer Affairs, in detail, the case was dropped. Hearing the facts of the matter, it was obvious that we at Mister Transmission had performed and given expert service, a quality repair and an outstanding Warranty protection. Tom has been invited and has always been welcomed to return as a customer.
We are grateful that we can refute outlandish accusations. We've worked very hard for the last 25 years to be a repair center that people can trust. We're proud of our solid reputation, and defend it vigorously, and invite you to come and see for yourself. You will be treated fairly and with honesty. We take pride in being a cornerstone in Markham for transmission repairs. We hope that you will call us when you are looking for a repair center that you can trust. Thank you!
