I had $14.95 debited from my checking account. I contacted the bank and was told the charges were from MKS Privacy Plus.

I was given a phone number to call and was told by the company that my account had been cancelled and my money would be refunded within 3-5 days. That was over a month ago.

I have called continuously and all I ever reach is a recording telling me my account has been cancelled and my money will be refunded in 3-5 days.

I am a disabled widow on a fixed income and do not need people like this in my life. I hope somehow they will eventually be dealt with.

I really wonder how they would feel if someone took advantage of one of their loved one in this manner.
