Mobile Mini Storage Most dishonest company and worst job in my entire career. acct/receivables Nationwide
Incredibly deceptive and dishonest company that hires a lot of criminals from management down to maintenance. Don Deardoff was there at the time and actually one of the less shady people. Worked at the corporate office in A/R customer service. We were told we could not mention credits on custs accts, misapplied (frequently) payments, unclaimed deposits, prorations then if the cust didn't catch on their money went into an account called Other Income and was a huge cash cow for their wealthy upper management. Their billing system frequently over bills and they often forwarded people to collections and their lawyers offices who were actually owed monies. I was at one point towards the end of my enduring this horrible company getting the billing info to the manager who set up the collections lawsuits, and I personally attempted to assist many customers who were being sent to court for bills they actually didn't owe, however, it was an unending uphill battle. I wish I still had some of their records that included many specific example; had held onto them for several years but now no longer have them, so now it's only my words. In my 30 years of working this job was by far the worst job& company I have ever experienced. Buyer or renter beware and keep detailed payment records and contract details. Be they go by lunar not 12 month years.
