Mobilicity sold me a used, broken phone that had the wrong charger (charger was for another phone).  Then they refused to give me  refund, exchange, or return.  To top it all off they were rather deceptive when i spoke with their customer service, said the store from which i bought the phone (one of their own of course) was responsible for giving me a refund and they could do nothing.

So later on they say that the phone is non refundable and they wont do anything about it because its B2 stock.  What happend to the store being responsible and they cant make the decision, i suppose that changed when they said its a B2 stock.

I was a new customer extremely dissatisfied that no one told me i was paying around $200 for a phone that was previously used.  Whats happening in this country where you expect you are buying a new phone, and end up getting a broken and used device, then they dont even consider you are a new customer and tell you off.

Do yourselves a favor and please buy your phone elsewhere, or at least start up the phone, see if it works, play with it until the battery runs out (shouldnt take long), then connect it to the charger to see if everything works fine.  Oh and please, ask if its brand new, and dont sign anything they offer, its a scam.
