Mon Esprit Salon Increased fee upon arrival and again after starting service! Corona, California
Will and Christina quoted a fee of 120 in person. Came back for appointment with Michelle and she quoted 150. After starting service she increased fee to 205 with repeated lies and stories to justify the increase. She burned my head with the blow dryer after I arrived. She was so hostile to me that my 4 year old noticed and commented to me "that lady is mean to you". She helped another lady at the same time. She stated that she needed to rinse the bleach off in 20 minutes and 35 minutes later when I reminded her, she said "it shuts off automatically". She burned my head with hot water. The perimeter of the floors, tables and salon chair are lined with a thick coating of dust. Gross! The prior owner failed and this owner is so quiet when you talk to him, it is like talking to a statue. He doesn't know a thing about talking to clients or cleaning apparently. Nor does he notice how his employees treat clients. All around horrible!
