Monitronics International ripoff They did not tell us in a phone converation that we could cancel our contract Now they say it is to late until next year consumer rip-off fraud Chicago Illinois
They told us we could cancel if we moved. We had to relocate for employment and on June 10th they said we could cancel for $10,000. Then on July 29th they said if we would have sent a letter in June we could have cancelled before the automatic renewal.
They did not inform us during the June 10th call that we could cancel. Now on July 29th they indicate we cancel for $500.00.
I am so disappointed in their service. I would not recommend signing a contract with them. Thanks
