I recently ordered flatware from this website and when I recieved it I only unwrapped one of the 40 pieces I ordered just to see what it looked like in person. I left the rest wrapped becasue I was going to take it to my lake home. About a week later I made it down to my lake home and finished unwrapping my flatware when I noticed that one of the Knifes had a chunk missing out of the handle. (I bought resion atler flatware) I had already thrown the receipt away. I emailed the company asking if they could replace just the knife and I got an email stating their return policy and that was it. It's not even a return policy it's an insurance claim so you must have oringnal shipping packaging and reciept proving that it was damaged. I'm pretty sure the knife was chipped before even being put in my box since the chunk wasn't in the bubble wrap or I would have just glued it back on. Also you have to file a claim within 4 day which I didn't realize that was broken until after that 4 days. I spent more on these pieces than I wanted to but thought it would be worth it. I shop online very often and mostly for lodge/ cabin decor and I had looked at some other items on this website that I thought about buying but believe me I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!! again! For being an online based company I would think they would spend more time keeping the customers they have but clearly they do not! Also they do not allow open reviews on their website they get to pick and choose which ones they add so they only put good reviews. Do not let them fool you!
