I borrowed money from these guys because i was in a tight spot last year, this year i unfortunately became unemployed, and had no way of paying them back, I asked of I could do some type of arrangement with them, they agreed, however they turned around and put a summons on me for way more than I originally owed, I only owed $200 they are charging me $900, I don't have that money right now, but they keep on harassing and threating me, even threatening my references, they are the lowest and shadiest loan company I have ever done business with, they should be closed forever for what they have done for their customers.

It was YOU who broke the contract...not them. Why didn't you get a loan from a bank and pay less interest? What's that? The bank didn't want to lend you money because you stiffed other creditors? This is nothing more than the typical deadbeat whine. If you don't want them calling you or your references, pay your bills on time. NO RIPOFF HERE--Complainer is late payer thus turning on the collections efforts.
