This company is a music downloading company. I entered my credit card information because the company seemed interesting, but after reviewing its access and other things that did not seem to go well with me, I wanted a refund. I asked for my refund less than 24 hours after signing up for a membership.

The company will not refund my money and in fact sent me an e-mail stating that they would not refund my money. There are no rules and/or regulations about cancellation. And remind you, I requested a refund less than 24 hours after signing up for the membership. I want my money back and this company will not grant me my refund.

Hello my name is Mary Lynch, I joined MP3downloading about 7 months ago. I have never been able to download I think I got 2 emails but they didn't help me. This is not the most outrageous incident though. Get this on tuesday I believe, I went to my email to delete the messages that didn't help and a billing page came up so I think I was charged again can you believe this. I have to wait for my bank statement to see.The bank said to let them know when I get it and they will try and recover my money for me. Oh by the way they charged my credit card the last time.I am willing to get some justice here anyway I can help. Thank you,

To start with the software they offered to download their songs nearly crashed my computer. They offer 100% satisfaction, I wasn't satisfied and requested a refund within 24 hours by e-mail When I requested a refund because I didn"t want and hadn't used their downloads they asked me download a form, fill it out the form stating my displeasure then mail it to them at PO Box 4324 Burbank, CA 91503-4324,I did this 2 months ago, I'm still waiting for a reply So, If you haven't subscribed to their service "DON'T, you'll be $18 happier. Where I'm from they'd call MP3Download HQ's practices "Shady."

Mark, you misunderstood my initial report. I knew that the site was not free, but it was not as easily accessible as they had said in their introduction, it had none of the music it said it would have. Therefore, I did not want to use that particular site. I knew that there would be a fee, but I did not know that the site would SUCK.

So what you are saying is you wanted a FREE TRIAL. I dont believe the website said anything about offering a FREE TRIAL. You signed up & probably got what you wanted & now dont want to pay for it. You shouldnt have signed up if it wasnt what you wanted. So now you have access for 1 month or whatever their term is. Enjoy it & learn from it. There is no such thing as a FREE LUNCH or in this case a FREE TRIAL.
