I brought my Honda Odyssey to Mr Tire to get a tire rotation and Oil change. When I picked up my vehicle the air pressure was off on the tires so I took it back and asked them why they didn't check the tire pressure and they apologized. I than started noticing where I was parking the van that the grass was dying so I asked my husband to check and see what was going on. He put it up on ramps and discovered the oil was leaking due to drain plug threads were stipped. I took the vehicle back up to Mr Tire and told them what was going on. They asked me to leave the vehicle and they would take a look at it. 7 hours later I get a call my vehicle is ready. I drove back up to the store to ask them what they did to my vehicle and they stated they decided to put in an over sized drain plug. I am furious who gave them permission to do this. They stated this will fix the problem. As far as I am concerned this is only a temporary fix which risk the liabilty of engin damage if the plug doesn't hold up. Now I have to take my vehicle to another shop and pay hundreds of dollars for them to replace my oil pan.
