Apparently it has come to my attention that Daniel gave only half the story about the monitor purchase. On Jan 8th 2008, Daniel orderefd and asked that some LCD monitors be shipped toa forwarding company in Miami. He wired the payment, and we shipped the monitors the next day. Two weeks later, he called to say they had not arrived. We checked and the monitors were delivered to the local warehouse of the shipping company. Apparently when they tried to deliver it to the office for Daniel, there was nobody there. The re-attempted 3 times to deliver the monitors and were unable to do so. They then returned them to our office at Lacy Communications expense. In the meantime Daniel was calling and threatening us repeatedly to give him him money back. As is any bussinesses policy, refund are only refunded AFTER the return of the product. On Feb 13th, 2008, the monitors were returned to our facility and a full refund was issued to Daniel for what he paid. It is our standard policy to refund only after product is returned. Especially when we are dealing with a person from overseas as there is too much fraud from overseas buyers. If Daniel had been honest about this, he would have posted an update to tell you he was refunded, but he chose to only tell half the story.
