MSI Customer Service

I have been on the Phone with Donald in RMA Tech support for 1hr 15mins.

- RMA # RR09004993

- RMA # RR09002583

The Motherboard is under Warranty

There is 2 RMA so far and the Motherboard is not repaired.I requested a Replacement for the Motherboard.

Donald refuses to replace the Motherboard or give a refund.He wants to issue a New RMA #. I have 2 RMA# now what would a third RMA# do.I want the Motherboard Replaced. Donald jacked me around with the same story for 1hr 15mins. I told him my time is worth something so I am sending him a invoice for $15/hr. After I said that he hang up on me. What kind of service is MSI giving?

The Motherboard is under Warranty

-MSI will not repair the Mother Board (2 tries RMA # RR09004993 & RMA RR09002583)

- Donald (MSI CSR REP) will not replace the Mother Board.

- Donald (MSI CSR REP) will not issue a refund for the Mother Board.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since

02/04/09

I have been waiting 2 months to get my MSI Mother Board fixed or replaced. It is under Warranty.
