I ordered by C.O.D, signed over money order, went home wrong pills, internet idendified as Tramadol as pharmicist did. Could have died. Company says put on porch. J.C. says will overnight even if it breaks rules. Company then closed for day, I call he says on backorder now. Promises in next two days, then says it could be a week.

Now site is down for upgrades for 1 or 2 days. Then says check was sent out 5 days prior. Next day acts like owner but is a customer service employee, saying he dosent need my $140.00.Then denies conversation earlier.

I call Waterview pharmacy the product is not on back order, seemed nice. Then she has been waiting for label, talks to manager, no pills. Now this under review, them stating to just give the Fed Ex package when drop off for my actual pills.Again lies, and I spent 13.00 to send back. because they screwed me. iI ordered on Sept 16,2005, and now its Oct 2, 2005.

The annoying part is how they treat you. There's about 4 people to their company. They lie, and make you repeat the story every time as if they hadn't talked to you ever. They come out saying "I'm not pulling your leg" the tear out your torso. I've contacted the FBI, Dateline, 60 minutes and our local news. So hopefully they will call soon, so I can save one person from having a mental breakdown.

TO WHOM IS MAY CONCERN: I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER OF MY LITTLE PHARMACY AND I HAVE CHOSEN TO ENTER THIS REBUTTAL IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS MADE FROM THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS ENTERED THIS REPORT. IN SEPTEMBER OF 2005 WHICH IS WHEN THIS REPORT WAS FILED, MY LITTLE PHARMACY DID NOT HAVE ANY EMPLOYEES BY THE NAMES LISTED (JC, HERMAN, ETC) NOR HAVE THESE PEOPLE BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY WITH (MY LITTLE PHARMACY). IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT PEOPLE PLACE THEIR TRUST INTO A COMPANY WITH ONLY THE THOUGHT OF FULFILLING THEIR MEDICATION WITH HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM GETS (RIPPED OFF). MY LITTLE PHARMACY IS A BUSINESS OF LEADERS AND PROFESSIONALS THAT HELP PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS BY PROVIDING NOT ONLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT QUALITY ASSURANCE. MY LITTLE PHARMACY IS NOT NOR HAVE WE EVER BEEN AFFILIATED WITH THE PEOPLE OUTLINED IN THIS REPORT AND I SPEAK ON BEHALF OF OUR COMPANY (MY LITTLE PHARMACY) TO SUPPORT THE INTEGRITY OF OUR COMPANY. WE HAVE DEDICATED OUR SERVICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS TO HELP PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THOSE WHO MAY NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL STABILITY TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS FROM ELSEWHERE DUE TO COST OR SIMPLY DUE TO LACK OF INSURANCE. OUR PURPOSE IS TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS NOT JUST IN THE TIME IT TAKES TO PROCESS AN ORDER BUT AS A LONGTERM COMPANY THAT THEY CAN RELY ON, BELIEVE IN, AND TRUST. I REBUTTAL THIS REPORT IN THE HOPES THAT PEOPLE WHO ARE TRULLY IN NEED OF OUR SERVICES DON'T BELIEVE THAT WE ARE A COMPANY THAT WILL (TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN) AND RELAPSE WITH AMNESIA WHEN A CONVERSATION (OF A CUSTOMER TRULLY IN NEED OF ANSWERS) FINDS THAT THERE IS NO WHERE ELSE TO TURN TO. MY LITTLE PHARMACY AND I AS THE REPRESENTATIVE WILL STATE FOR THE RECORD THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO THIS CUSTOMER WERE NOT OF (MY LITTLE PHARMACY) BUT A POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER THAT HAS USED OUR COPMPANY NAME AS THEIR BACKBONE. MY LITTLE PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND OUR PHONE NUMBER HAS ALWAYS REMAINED THE SAME. WE DO NOT DISAPPEAR AT A MOMENTS NOTICE AND WE DO NOT (RIP OFF) OUR CUSTOMERS. **I CAN ONLY SUGGEST TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE IN NEED OF SERVICE SUCH AS OURS TO RESEARCH THE COMPANIES THAT YOU ARE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SEE IF THE COMPANY THAT YOU ARE SPEAKING TO WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU TRULLY DESERVE. A CUSTOMER STEMS FROM MOTHER TO GRANDMOTHER AND THERE IS NOT ONE PERSON IN EXISTANCE WHO IS NOT A (CONSUMER). IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WHO TRULLY KNOWS (MY LITTLE PHARMACY) I ENCOURAGE YOU TO SPEAK ON OUR BEHALF OF YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH OUR COMPANY SO PEOPLE CAN IDENTIFY WHAT LIES BENEATH A COMPANY WHO APPARENTLY USES OTHER COMPANY NAMES TO GAIN ACCESS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE BY DIMINISHING AND DESTROYING THE REPUTABLE NAME OF A COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN THE PEOPLES SOURCE FOR HELP. PLEASE NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF (MY LITTLE PHARMACY): WE DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS AND SOLICIT/TELEMARKET, WE DO NOT INGNORE OR AVOID OUR CUSTOMERS IN ANY WAY, AND WE DO NOT EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO LIE OR CAUSE OUR CUSTOMERS TO ORDER ONLY TO SUFFER FROM A MENTAL BREAKDOWN. It's now the 8th of October and this will be the third time a check was sent. What a suprise it still hasn't came. The staff (J.C.,Joey & Herman) say I'll be getting it and the check number1s 1391. First they were big shot owners, and now there just customer service reps. According to them they've done all they can, and I should just except this.
