Hide-my-ip - My Privacy Tools, Makers Of Hide-my-ip.com I was having problems with the software crashing, called to get support, Brent Hather helped me to re-install hide-my-ip software and now my computer is not working barely at all - contant crashes, firewall doesn't work, AV not working - IE shuts down with errors, etc. ITS BAD. ripoff Encinitas California
I was having problems with the software crashing, called to get support, Brent Hather helped me to re-install hide-my-ip software and now my computer is not working barely at all - contant crashes, firewall doesn't work, AV not working - IE shuts down with errors, etc. ITS BAD. Brent told me he would have "level 2 support" call me,they haven't and it's now 7 days - they wont reply emails and/or phone calls!
Since my calls they have turned on their "auto attendant" which screens callers (2 bit cheap cop out) and will not let me through to any live person. I've left messages on the voicemail, I've left emails and NO ONE has replied whatsoever.
The only guy that ever helped is the one that had me re-install the software and subsequently caused all the problems I'm having today. I just bought this computer 3-4 months ago and now windows is JUNK and I cannot fix it with a restore, re-install, nothing.
THis is VERY unprofessional and I am now at the point of getting my legal counsel involved.
DONT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS - they don't care about you once they have their money. THEY ARE CHEAP SKATES AND ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. In fact, they may do what they did to me - MAKE IT WORSE.
