My Web Wholesaler ripoff, lies, misleading, FRAUD Athens Maine
Please read all!
Same as all the others reporting. Purchased xbox 360's for $7660.00 on January 13th and on April 3rd, received an email stating i would not be receiving a refund and the co. is most likely going to shut down. I was told By Wanda, Christine, Stephanie and Lisa week after week all the way up to March 29th that the items were in stock and shiping dept. would have all shippments out on the 31st.
I spoke with the FBI agent handling the fraud of the other business they were supposed to receive the xbox's from and she is taking names and numbers of all individuals who have been mislead by this co. Please contact her at FBI Rhode Island Beverly Bartzer 401-458-1132... please do this. She is compiling a list of individuals who were mislead into thinking these items were in stock or were mislead by hearing the same story... "the warehouse is behind and your shipment will go out any day now"
Also, she advised for everyone to do an online report at www.ic3.gov. This site is for the "white collar crime" and will be followed by an investigation.
We all need to stick together and make this co. miserable before they have a chance to shut there doors!! This is a situation where someone needs to be held accountable at the full extent of the law. This is FRAUD!
If enough complaints go through to this FBI site it will speed up the process. So please go to ic3.gov and get your complaint in today!
