I ORDERED TRUE RELIGION JEANS FROM MY WEB WHOLESALER AND PAID BY BANK WIRE ON 3/15/2006. THEY SHIPPED THEM IN FEW DAYS AND SENT ME THE TRACKING INFO. FEW DAYS LATER, THEY CALLED ME, SAYING, THE ORDER WAS RECALLED DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES AND I WILL BE REFUNDED. I CALLED THE COMPANY 6 DAYS LATER AND THE PHONES WERE DISCONNECTED. I EMAILED AND GOT A LETTER, STATING, THAT THEY WERE SCAMMED BY A COMPANY, WHICH IS UNDER FBI INVESTIGATION AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, WHEN THE PHONES WERE WORKING AND WAS TOLD, THAT I WILL HAVE A CREDIT. I DEMANDED REFUND OF MY 2654 DOLLARS WITH NO SUCESS. I CALLED ON 11TH OF APRIL AND WANDA TOLD ME, THEY ARE SENDING MY JEANS ORDER OUT. SHE REASSURED ME, IT WILL BE AUTHENTIC TRUE RELIGION JEANS AND TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED. I REQUESTED ALL THIS IN WRITING, SHE DID SENT ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING SENDING OUT AN ORDER THE NEXT DAY. SINCE THEN NOTHING. NOW THEIR PHONES ARE DISCONNECTED IT WAS A LIE ALL ALONG. ALL THEIR JEANS WERE FAKE JEANS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONORABLE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE, I EVER DELT WITH. I FILED WITH FBI IN PORTLAND MAINE AGEN JOHN DENNISON (207)774-9322 AND ALSO FILLED CRIMINAL CHARGES WITH SUMMERSET COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. PLEASE CONTACT DEPUTY KRIS MCKENNA AT 207 474-9591. THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE PUNISHED AND SO FAR, THEY JUST BLAME EVERYBODY ELSE AND DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. THEY WERE SCAMMED TOO BAD, BUT IT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM.

I sent a wire payment of $7660 to My Web Wholesaler Inc on Febuary 13, 2006 for a lot of 20 Xbox 360 premium systems and like many others was scammed and never received a refund. Please reply to me and let me know what steps you have taken to try to get your money back. My Web Wholesaler needs to be stopped and forced to refund all the money that has been taken from me and lots of other innocent people who are victims of this company's fraudulent business. York and see if he will give me your contact information. Yes, they will be brought to justice one way or another. Ms. DePalma seems to think she is not responsible since she cut and ran (with all of our money) and she keeps falling back on the mixitforme crisis. Wrong AGAIN! They are in the process of being busted. A lot of people are in our boat and they're not letting it go, either. I'll be in touch. Olga, I had the same experience with the box load of second hand, mismatched, stained, and damaged bathing suits. Thanks a lot, Lisa DePalma! I contacted her regarding the matter and she advised me that I could "seek legal recourse" against mywebwholesaler.com, but advised me that it was no longer in business. REALLY? She seems to think she is not responsible since she jumped companies. Stay with the law enforcement route because I'm sure she will be in the hot seat in the forseeable future. What they did was clearly illegal with regard to misappropriating our funds to refund others, or to funnel into her new business. That will all pan out when the criminal case against her begins. She and all others involved are nothing more than common thieves, so EVERYONE who hasn't already needs to contact Lt. York and he has an extensive list of the people that she and her company ripped off. Don't give up! Myself and several others are exploring other avenues as well to ensure that unsuspecting customers are not taken in by her new business(es). What a joke!

I RECEIVED THIS ORDER TODAY AND IT IS PILE OF CRAP, THEY HAD A NERVE TO SEND ME SWIMMIMG SUITES. OUTDATED, HORIIBLE COLORS AND STYLES. CMDWHOLESALE, WHICH WE ALL KNOW IS THE SAME COMPANY SELLS THIS LOT FOR LESS THEN 300 DOLLARS. I THOUGHT FOR A MOMENT, THAT MY WEB WAS TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT SOMEHOW, BUT I WAS DEAD WRONG. THEY ARE THE WORST CROOKS IN THE WORLD. I ALSO TALKED TO LEUT. YORK AND HE TOLD ME, THAT EVEN IF THIS ORDER IS ACCEPTED MY CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IS STILL VALID, BECAUSE THEY NEVER DELIVERED, WHAT I PAID FOR. I HAVE NO IDEA, WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE BY SENDING THIS CRAP, BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK.

Thank you for that information on the Sheriff's Department. The same thing happened to me and I filed the complaint with the White Collar Crime Center and spoke with the FBI, but I didn't know what county agency to deal with. I think this report will help a lot of victims, because I know they stole from MANY people. These people are nothing but common thieves, liars, and crooks.
