mydriver-licenses.org MyDriverLicense.org scam, trying to get your personal information
As I was searching for how to renew for Texas driver's license, this site came up on the top of the list multiple times. With its .org web address, and obvious mydriver-licenses.org name which is very much related to what I'm trying to do, and I started to enter my information.
It is asking very extensive personal information, so I got little nervous. So before I get to the payment page, I did a search on this site, and multiple rippoff reports came up. Even one of reports has rebuttle that says they disclosed that they are a PRIVATE company, it is not how they were perceived or how they present themselves on the web. The look and feel they are going for, is definitely try to deceive consumer that they are at the very least, a non-profit organization, hence the .org webname, and further more, no where during the first couple steps I went through, there were clear warning that they are priviate. Plus, how would anyone need to renew their license through a 3rd party private company. I can clearly see there could be tons of people went through the process to renew their license from this fraud website, and even if they got their license, one can only imagin what this website have done with all those personal information. It's everything you need to steal one's identify, steal people's money, and ruin people's reputation and their life!
I hope they get shut down very soon, but most importantly, those bad guys behind this get the appropriate legal reprimand and the punishment they deserve. They need to be kept off the street and no longer able to damage so many people's life!
