This company has hired operators to pose as regular customers on their dating line, and not only are they misleading their customers they are not paying their hired operators. They lore innocent phone operators via email on a job website into thinking they would be making real money, as it turns out they have them log into the dating line to talk to men posing as women looking for the same thing the men are looking for with clearly no intentions on taking things any farther.

We are looking for energetic, fun, open minded, individuals who are interested in becoming phone actors and actresses for our phone dating line service.
What is a Phone Actor and Actress?
A phone actor or actress is a person who entertains callers on the phone.
Most of the callers are male regardless of what type of line they are calling, however we do have females call in periodically.
The fun thing about this type of work is you don't need ANY experience. All you need is the ability to talk, be motivated, and above everything else be CREATIVE and FUN.
There are no set hours YOU create your own schedule. Work for as long or as little as you like.
NOTHING will EVER be billed to you.
Don't be shy we can use all types of people the more choices our callers have the better.
YOU MUST BE OVER 18.
Specifications/Compensation
Your are an Independent Contractor, NOT AN EMPLOYEE. We do not take taxes out at the end of the year. We will 1099 you. It is your responsibility to set aside the appropriate amount that will be due at the time you file your taxes.
Keep track of ALL traffic that you handle.
We mailed or direct deposited every 40 hours reached. That can be within 2 days or within a week. You can work as much as you want but not less then 20 hours a week.
Salary is $10-12/hour but there is definetly race base on performace.
System
NEVER give ANY personal information.
Calls are monitored for quality control.
You Must record a GREETING. Description should be at least 30 seconds or more.
1. Mention your character's personal statistics -name, and age.
2. Use a name that is normal. Avoid name like Porch -Mercedes - Honey - Cinnamon -etc.
3. Paint a picture for the caller -be very descriptive - guys are very visual.
4. Try to sound as natural and relaxed as possible - DO NOT sound rushed
5. Use your imagination and be different.
6. If you are a bit unsure, it is a good idea to write down your descriptions first on a piece of paper.
Here are some GREETING samples other have used in the past.
Sample: Hey this is Jen, I'm in my late 20's looking for a guy who'd like to talk. Maybe see what happens. I'd like to meet a guy who knows where his life is going but knows when to loosen up and have fun. So if you're happy with your life and there's definitely space in it for someone special get back to me.

After someone emails them, they set them up on their phone platform and have them chat for hours, wasting so much time before suddenly stopping all communications and not returning email, answering phones etc. and NOT paying. They took down operators personal information, outlined how they would be paid and gave some exact times of how long they have worked for so far and suddenly stopped returning emails and phone calls. They only wanted to get women on their service to keep the men buying more time to chat.
