NADN dishonest did not send refund check as promised Las Vegas Nevada
I too, like many others, heard their ad on a local sports radio station. I called in to acquire the "Free" book on how to save on taxes. I spoke with an individual who, of course, tried to sell me the NADN program, promising to get me at least $3000 in "new" deductions the first year. I'm open-minded so I listened. After he told me the cost, I decided against it. When he couldn't sell me, he put me on the phone with his "high-pressure" manager.
After I told him 'no' it's too expensive, he asked me could I pay half ($200). He said that way I could check out the program, and if I did'nt want to keep it I could get a full refund within 30 days. I decided, money back quarantee, I'll check it out.
Needless to say, I haven't received my $200 back which I have been trying since October. They told me a check was mailed some time in November. I never received it. After several phone calls, I was told another check was mailed December 31st. By the way, these folks are trained well. They will not allow you to speak to anyone in accounting, they always say they will "forward the request to accounting, and someone will get back to you. You guessed it, they 'NEVER' call you back.
Here it is mid February and I still haven't and don't think I ever will receive a refund. I just wished I had checked this company out before I committed.
