National Default Servicing Corporation Fraudulent Foreclosure Phoenix Arizona
National Default Servicing Corporation (NDSC) has been aiding and abetting JP Morgan Chase Bank with foreclosures that are fraudulent. As a straw trustee in cases where Chase is not able to establish a trustee. I have been served a trustee sales notice where NDSC is represented on the default notice as trustee, and represented on the trustee sale's notice as the entity that will conduct the trustee sale. I have a letter from NDSC that denies being the trustee of my mortgage note and trustee. Rather, the letter describes NDSC as Chase Bank's Third Party Vendor (only) commissioned by Chase to conduct trustee sales.
There is much much more. Having been in battle against Chase for seven years while still in my home, I am an expert in the scheme (RICO) Chase is perpetrating against homeowners nationwide, whose loan was originated by former Washington Mutual Bank. NDSC is not a Trustee. Rather a straw trustee who sneaks across state lines from Arizona to Nevada to conduct illicit trustee sales.
