Peter,

You keep saying your company, National Grants Conferences, has accommodated their customers. I really do not believe this, because I'm in contact with a few who took the same workshop I went to. They are not happy with the services your company has given them. Just read all the Rip-off Reports on this great website!

Here are some questions I would like National Grants Conferences to answer.

1. Is this website at "http://www.nationalgrants.com" your company's website? If yes, I would like to say Shame on you. Your company should not be selling Government Grants to the general public, which does not apply to them. I noticed you updated your website. You have information on the website which does not apply to the general public on Government Grants. That information was critical as a consumer's decision to not to buy into your company's workshop and mentor's program.

2. Did you know that NGC should not be selling Grants Information that are not available to the consumers, especially in California and other states where your company has no clue about at the city or county level?

3. Did you know that Government Grants are given to 501 status or Non-profit organizations and not to consumers? Your company never mentioned this at the seminars or workshops.

4. Did you know that in order to get a 501 or non-profit status, you have to submit an application form and a proposal to the IRS? This can take months, which is over the time frame your company is willing to provide assistances.

5. Did you know when you are a 501 or non-profit organization, you have to have a Board of Directors with a Treasurer/Accountant to report to the IRS on a regular bases.

6. How can NGC sell GOVERNMENT GRANTS to the general public for $999 (Workshop) and/or $1199 (Mentor Program), who do not qualify for 501 or Non-profit status? ... There is no such thing as GOVERNMENT GRANTS just for Business and Individual's Real Estate Investment only, which your speakers had presented. It's for Non-Profit Organizations and Non-Profit Developers (Housing for low income people). Your updated website did mentioned this. How come we as consumers were not informed about this? It seems your company should of really do business with non-profit organizations instead of consumers.

7. Did you, yourself, ever try and do this Government Grant Programs? ... If not, please do so. You'll learn a lot about what is really going on with your company. You do not sell Government Grants to the General Public. It's really not for them unless they want to become a non-profit organization.

8. Did anyone in your company ever tried doing the Government Grant Programs? If yes, what projects are they involved in with the government? And who are the other non-profit organization(s) that is supporting their project. (This is one of the requirement when applying for a grant)

9. How can I get my money back for inaccurate information that was presented at the seminar and workshop? I don't qualify for Government Grant, since I don't plan to start a non-profit organization.
