John Jennings (national investment corporation) (all foreclosure) has ripped off a whole slew of people that I know including myself. I shall not disclose my name. I went through the same rip off deal that user "Teff" went through. I was dooped because I was ignorant and an innocent investor. I wasted over a yr of my life with this man.

It all started with the REIN club and Larry Loik (which i do not recommend, Larry Loik is a crook as well). If "Teff" is interested in a class action suit....let me know. I have names and phone numbers to many-a people who would like to get reimbursed for their money,troubles and lost time. All this occured in Los Angeles, Ca.

Anyhow, just a fair warning out there for all you innocent investors. Beware of these two companies, mainly John Jennings and what ever company he is trying to pose under.

John Jennings you are a crook. thats why there are so many complaints against you . you prey on the weak and take advantage of everyone you possibly can . You are the a discrace to humanity! everything you own youve stole from someone else thats why your cars have no license plates you cant register them . You should be ashamed of yourself

I will say your name, since you think it is correct to slander me and my company. In July 2006, Steve wanted an investment opportunity that I knew of in Florida. I gave Steve the information to the property, which had a huge amount of equity at the time, and Steve purchased the property after his own due dilegence. Steve also was able to pull out an amount of money from this property, still leaving in a huge amount of equity. Because the area quickly went down in Real Estate Sales, the value of this property went down drastically, and he was not able to sell the property. This, of course, was of no fault to me. I mearly connected Steve to the Real Estate Agent and owner of the property in Florida. That was all I was to do in this situation. If necessary, I have access to the Agent and Title company who did the purchase and sell of this property, and you, Steve, can contact them. I also have contacted them, and gotten all the contracts and work you did with them on this purchase. You should have been prepared to purchase the property with the chance that the valuation could go down with the economy. I had nothing to do with the purchase, that was all up to your doing. Not mine. That is not my fault that the value went down, and you could not sell the property. Otherwise, I will file suit on you for defamation and slander if you continue these insults and false charges. John Jennings
