Sometimes there is only ONE way to deal with crooks who continue to bill you for merchandise you never received. In my case, I closed my bank account after two unauthorized withdrawals and...I enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, I NEVER opened another one. I was sent two books that I never ordered in the mail and immediately, two $50.00 payments were removed from my bank account. I had no idea who these people were and I certainly did not order the books! I sent one back but it came back to me. So I canceled my bank account. Then they started billing me. I would get 15-20 bills from these folks per week. The post office would not be able to fit my legitimate mail in the box. I changed my post office box address after a month of this nonsense. Did it damage my credit? I don't know because i pay cash or I do without. If you returned the books, based on some of my family members' experience, they will STILL Continue to bill you no matter what.... I would report these activities to the credit reporting agencies. Sounds like a SCAM to me. We had these newsletters advertised on a certain radio station herein Austin,Texas and I am glad to hear that my suspicions that they were a scam were confirmed. I am also sorry that you were RIPPED-OFF!
