Ncls located in houston texas is a scam. It is a fake cologne company using the name larry hahn as the basis of their company.I have heard of other company with the exact similarities but just a different name. They change the name of the company in order to keep the scam going. I am ashamed to say that i believed these people for three days and let them lie to me and waste my time. There will be a first ineterview, and then they will call u back shortly after you leave the first interview.(6:00)They will tell You that you really impressed the hiring manager. Then the second interview will be longer and certain people will be eliminated. Then the orientation. Then Training starts.
First of all these people are not in the better business bureau. During the first day of training we split up into groups to sell colgone all around the houston area. I asked the Manager if we were in the better business bureau and she responded yes not knowing i had already checked with BBB and confirmed they were not. The Manager was begging for tacos during lunch indicating she was broke. we were riding in One of my fellow employees vehicle and The manager gave the girl $2 in gas. I questioned about the Gas situation, and why out of two Managers sent to texas from cali, why do yall have only one beat up a*s 92 corolla as a vehicle if work for a fortune 500 company. They will tell You to have blind faith. They will say that u will get kickbacks and bonuses thru training, which is a lie. The "regional manager" was a bit more persuassive than his partner. But i caught him in a major lie. He and the Other manager both indicated that larry hahn sent them from california to expand the business into texas. Both representatives stated that they hated the texas whether and that they moved from california. When i had became extremely suspicious i asked the Regional Mangager could i see His identification card. He stated that he was offended, i mentioned the police then he said ok and showed me a quick glimpse of his Id card. The identification card had wear and tear indicating it was older. Not New. The Card Read Texas. If he just moved from cali what is i doing with a conditioned Texas ID card. This Company is a scam
