I see this as a scam to defraud both the public and the stockholders, as well as future investors/partners/banks, etc. They artificially inflate the value of the company by using the "face value" of these old uncollectable accounts. I have done major battle with NCO twice, and have won both times, but the average victim will not put up the fight I did. I will not rest until these punks are either in jail and/or out of business.

and do you think perhaps that is why NCO suddenly came up with all of these "delinquent AOL acounts" so they could sell them along with the rest of their files? Wouldn't that constitute something along the lines of fraud?
