NCO Financial ripoff, fradulent billing ripoff fraud business Plano texas
I have been fighting with NCO since 2001. Everytime I get an account paid off they come up with another account that I have not paid. I am in the process of having them send statements of what they say I owe presently.
I will then return to Baylor Medical in Irving business office for more complete details. I can not say for sure but believe that NCO has been ripping me off for several years.
All of a sudden NCO will end up on my credit report. I call them, which is of very little help, as they are always rude and accusatory. It is always your fault and no one ever helps you get to the bottom of anything. Hence I go straight to Baylor and talk to a customer service rep face to face.
NCO has even faxed me info which is totally different than what they say about your account when you talk to them on the phone.
I hope this helps as I'm tired of my credit being affected.
