ILD Teleservices - Net Watch ISP Unauthorized billing to my old phone after I moved appeared on final bill Ponte Verda Beach Florida
I was checking my final bill from December 2007 and saw the charges from ILD Teleservices/ Net Watch ISP. I never ordered this service. The 1st billing was dated Nov. 14 Netwatchisp 1xsetup $14.95, the second date was Dec. 12 (13 days after I had my service turned off) Netwatchisp Mthly Fee $14.99. I called 1-800-433-4518 and spoke to Tosha who said that they would issuse a credit to my phone company (Verizon) but it could take up to 3 billing cycles. I spoke to Miss Monahan at Verizon, I told her about this company she said she would make a notation on my bill about our conversation and I should deduct the totl of $31.99 from my final bill.
