Sell Fake Flash drive/pen drive - 16GB only 1 GB under PikesPeakTraders.com and on eBay -it is illegal to use the postal system in most countries to send or receive any counterfeit items.
The owner of the establishment is a crook for sure. It buys junk and fake product from anywhere and make false advertisement and sell to innocent buyer. In 2005-2006, doing business as PikesPeakTraders, sold many fake 16GB pen drive/flash drive on internet and on eBay.
Remember, the law is specific: selling counterfeits through postal system is a crime. But they do not care, once they were told, they refused to refund the money. Asking you to commit same crime they made, selling back the Fake item at your own cost and your original cost of S&H will not be refunded, so in deed, you would have pay out of pocket on both way of postal service (a crime) so they can sell that Fake again to the next victim. Here, the seller is the original culprit, he and him only commit a crime and asking us the innocent buyer to fund his crime so he can repeat again and again for the next innocent buyer. remember most buyer does not know it is illegal to send counterfeit thru US postal service.
I do not beleive this owner's rebuttal. he is just full of it.
