we are a wholesale baking company, were looking to finance piece of equipment, after exchanging document , newport financial partners, approved our loan by the sales rep: Rey Heredia he requested a pyment and original paper to be sent overnite along with a check for the first last month and loan fees for the amount of $1501.00 as soon as he got the money he cashed it right away. then they start looking for more document and disapprove the loan. we requestred to cancel the loan and send the money back, he rejected to refound our money back.
