Nexiderm - Boehm-Ritter Ripoff 1.) refused refund for unauthorized autoship 2.) Policies are contradictory and confusing! Canada And Napa California
I sent away for free trial of Nexiderm-SP Advanced Wrinkle Reduction Creme. I have copies of emails I sent to them to cancel their "Optimize Proram" or a fancy way of saying autoship. I first discovered this again by my bank statement. I could not find an email for customer service so I sent to their order email address. Well, I came to find out, you must call to cancel, but only after the product is sent to you.
In another part of theor policy, they indicate, one may canel at anytime if unhappy with product, send back unused portion and be issued a full refund. Not true. I called to dicuss this, got a run around, and was told I was stuck with the shipment I received. One was for $99.95 and the most rect for $89.40 for a 1 ounce jar! Their wording is deceiving, contradictory and misleading. In other words..a big rip-off!! Any products from their line are the same. They go by Nexiderm, Hydroderm, Hydroderm Beverly Hills and Body Shape.. all for various products from facial creams to lip enhancers(product to make lips fuller vs collagen injections.. which is similar to a bee sting reaction which lasts for 15 mins)to cellulite riding creams... which don't work either.
I was refunded the S&H charges for 2 orders and that's it. No monies for the product itself. Another "Rip-Off"!! which all sign you up for autoships unknowingly to the consumer.
