Next Wave Concepts Creepy Job Award Bloomington Minnesota
I went for a first interview with Next Wave. I was promptly asked to come back for a second interview. The second interview includes going on the field with someone. In this phase, much to my suprize, they take you door-to-door in a neighborhood! You have to be the creepy annoying people who try and sell dumb stuff to people. All I can say is you feel cheep, stupid, and gross. I hate the door-to-door salesmen.
On top of it, the boss of the company get to keep $10 of the $30 dollars you make off the sale. The printing company gets the other $10, and then you pocket the rest. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Why the heck would the printing company need $10 for a stupid peice of paper? And why should the boss get so much? You are the one "out on the field" (or so they call it) doing all the hard work. It's a creepy job, doing something that no one wants to do. No wonder its domiated by college students. They have no where else to go.
On top of it, when you are on the field you have to listen to a guy feed you lines of crap the whole day. They sound like robots for Next Wave Concepts. (You take a test on all that they tell you at the end of the day). This company literally works from 9 in the morning until 10 at night. Whatever happened to enjoying your life by working 9 to 5?
All I can say is stay as far away from this place as possible. It is not credible at all. And to all the companies who are thinking of using them...DON'T. It makes your company look just as cheep and stupid.
