Nextbook Inexpensive but some products are poorly made. Thus, poor value. Customer service is also poor. Long holds on customer service line and representatives are not empowered to resolve issue, i.e. refund or upgrade to better product. This company is not competitive with competition, and unless they change, will not be around in a few years. Hopefully, they will lean to improve their products and service. Returned two tablets due to malfunctions. Company did honor retrun poilcy but unwilling to upgrade at customers expense. Long hold time on customer service line (45+minutes). West Covina, CA
