In Jan.2007 I ordered a new TV from these rats, the credit card was charged right away.I was told the TV needed special cables ($100) to work an extra shipping fee added and I took the bait. A month later still no TV but the cables arrived. After many unanswered E-mails I called and the TV would be there in 3 days. A week later they said they lost it. I tried to cancel the order at that time and they said I could not until the TV arrived. It did a couple of weeks later and I could not inspect it as it didn't include the plug in cord, the owners booklet,the warranties paperwork,or the remote.I called Henry at the company and was told the cords and paperwork was lost and would be sent right away.
A used remote arrived in the next weeks mail. To make a long story short it is the end of May I still don't have the papers, I had to pay someone to hook up the TV and buy my own cords,the installer informed me the TV was used. The $100 cable doesn't work with my system ((they did offer to refund $50 if I returned the cable which a month later still nothing) They do not respond to e-mails and if you call you are on hold forever just to be lied to saying everything is being taken care of and the TV is not used only inspected (It is used)and no refund is possible because I signed for delivery. NextStepPlasma is a rip off, they lie, cheat, and treat you like you are stupid. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE RATS!
