Nia Beyah ordered labels from our printing business and furnished print ready files to use. When after the printing was completed she found out her art work had an error in it she decided that she should not have to pay for the labels even though the fault was all hers. We offered a reduced price and reprinted, also at a reduced price, new labels with the corrected art and then she left us holding the bag with $1250.00 owed to us! And that is the reduced amount that we gave her to try to help the selfish dog out! Nia Beyah is a scum bag who expects others to pay for her mistakes in life. Typical low life dirt grubbing slug who doesn't deserve to breathe the air that she does. The planet doesn't need more selfish, needy, smile in your face and stab you in the back things like her around. I can only hope at this point that Karma has it's way with her and that the rest of her hopefully short life is a miserable existence.

Just as a notification to this sorry lifeform, we have shown our name in a generic form and if there is any attempt at retaliation for telling the truth about her, then know that there are video surveillance cameras all around and in our business and we will prosecute to the fullest extent the law allows. Your other option is to realize that you are a thief, admit it and pay your debt that you have owed since May of 2013.

I will continue to look for ways to ruin your life and if I can find the correct contact information for anyone you work for or want to work for or with I will do what ever is possible to make sure they know that they are dealing with a crook.

You know, as to not engage you in the level of asinine foolery you have written in this report, I will simply outline the facts of my interaction with Creative Printing as it relates to this report:

You were given a printing schedule with specific printing and pick up dates. See email below:

Hi Dan,

I just sent you a series of labels to be printed on the sheet and then UV coated. We would like to have them printed in sets of two's. For example, you can start with .................and I will pick them up on Friday, 5/10 if possible. Then on Monday, 5/13 we can print ....................and I can pick them up on 5/15 and the last two, .................that last week of the month.

Sorry if this seems confusing but we are breaking them up this way for budgetary reasons! Let me know if you have any questions.

Had you adhered to the printing schedule, the last two sets that you printed, would not have been printed. While you are hell bent on slandering my name in this rip off report, you neglected to leave out that not only where you PAID for 4 sets of incorrect labels ($2,500), you still have in your possession the merchandise (last two sets of incorrect labels) that you are claiming was stolen. You see, initially, I felt it was only fair to pay for the printing given the fact that there was an error on the part of the graphic designer, however, it is not fair for me to pay for printing that was done ahead of the schedule that was given...and again, had you adhered to printing schedule, the last two sets of labels that you have in YOUR possession, as of this day, would not have been printed - as you were notifiied on May 15, 2013 to STOP ALL PRINTING. So you see, you can persist with all of the slander and name calling in the world, it still does not change the fact, that despite having a schedule - you took the liberty to print them as YOU saw fit, which is why you still have the last two sets. Now, you mentioned in your report that you are going to "continue to look for ways to ruin my life", to that I say, I hope its worth your time and I hope your documentation is as impeccable as mine. My lawyer stays on retainer. Good day, sir!
