Due to all the negative publicity Nika Imaging has received from its many disgruntled customers, they have changed their name, started a new website, and are trying to distance themselves from their past! Do not be fooled! Note that Nika Imaging is now going by the name ViewPlus Photo (http://www.viewplusweddings.com/) but they are the same unprofessional company, run by the exact same unprofessional person, as before. Beware!!

Nika Imaging, once again, reiterates the fact that due to the rare but persistent disgruntled customer that cannot be appeased and continues to file unsubstantiated claims against our business to extort services for free or to harm the reputation of our company, has failed. This has lead to these false internet postings about the company. These are two individuals that we have attempted to alleviate any existing issues with (one in December of 2006, and one in June of 2007) by going above and beyond contractual obligations to meet expectations without success due to their desire to get services rendered for free. They have posted threads on this forum, and others in an attempt to make an appearance that there are actually more than 1 client complaining. We assure you, that these are the same persons re-posting these threads. We can only hope since they were not successful in filing a complaint that had any validity, as in resolved with the BBB, that they can move on just as we have. In the near future, we will be posting the photos/videos of these clients' weddings to show the quality of work we perform. As soon as these are posted, we will be updating these threads with links to the work. We welcome anyone that would like to watch this to follow the link to the photo gallery and movie. We are absolutely proud of our satisfied customer database and we will supply a list of previous customers for reference to any future client. Have a great day!! Nika Imaging Studio

Let's analyze Nika Imaging's response. First, they said that: "In the last 3 years we have had a total of 2 complaint, one was resolved to the satisfaction of the client, and the other was judged by the BBB mediator as a non-valid complaint, and was immediately dismissed." They know perfectly well that *I* am the client of the first complaint and that absolutely nothing was resolved to my satisfaction! It is amazing that they would even try to make such a statement, as it is an outright LIE. Second, they claim that: "Nika Imaging Studio has had over 100 happy clients in the last 3 years alone!" What does this mean? 100 clients over three years makes, approximately, 33 clients a year. We know that in the past 6 months alone two "happy clients" have sued them at the BBB. We also know that at least 2 more "happy clients" were grossly unhappy with the services rendered by Nika Imaging, but didn't post complaints about it at rip-off.com or other complaint services, because Nika was holding their wedding photos hostage. If they complained, like myself, Nika had vowed to refuse to print any additional wedding photos for them at all. And what could they do? It's not like they could go somewhere else to get their wedding photos, so they stayed quiet and submitted to Nika Imaging's extortion. And these are just the complaints we currently know about. In a given year, that comes to 24% of their clients being grossly unsatisfied and unhappy. 24%! What kind of a business claims that they are reputable when nearly a quarter of their clients have horrible experiences? More than anything, the 1-man operator behind the "business" Nika Imaging Studios should be ashamed of himself. What I honestly can't understand is how someone like that, who makes a living by ruining the most important day of so many young couple's lives, can live with himself. Some legacy.

Nika Imaging Studio is a well established photography company. On rare occassions, we deal with fickle and unstable customers, and unfortunately this comes with the nature of the business field we are in. We make every attempt to alleviate any problematic situation with our clients, and in this particular isolated case, we went above & beyond to have this customer's complaint come to a resolution.
