On March 2013 we bought on the EBay site a Louis Vuitton Handbag from the company Nina Furfur. About 2 weeks after receiving confirmation from Nina Furfur that the handbag was send to us, we received a letter from Customs saying that the handbag is confiscated and presumed counterfeit, If the handbag would be authentic, we would receive it within the next 3 month from the date of the letter. I took contact with Nina Furfur, asking them why this happened and that we certainly don't want problems with customs for importing counterfeit. They replied to me that they would look into this matter and get back to me, but that I certainly don't have to worry about anything, and that they never would keep my money if I don't receive the goods we bought with them. Than I received an other email from them, saying that customs in Belgium is known to do difficult concerning importing luxury brand names like Louis Vuitton, witch is strange, because in an earlier email they confirmed me that they have many customers in my country and that they are all happy clients. Than I received an other email from them, telling me to have patience until the 3 months are passed by, to see if customs will let the handbag go true or not, and again telling me not to worry about my money, confirming me again that they will refund me if I don't receive the handbag. Because they have a very good review on EBay, I did believe them. But being new on EBay and this being my first buy, I didn't knew that in case of not receiving the goods, we only have 45 days to open a complaint with PayPal and having the possibility to retrieve or money.

For sure Nina Furfur who is a power seller on EBay for 10 years knew this very good, and convinced me to wait all that time and not to worry about anything, so those 45 days we had to open a complaint against them would pass by, because now after 4 months down the road, we don't have any handbag received, and we are writing more than 2 weeks emails to Nina Furfur, of witch I have confirmation they arrived with them and they have been reading them, but they don't answer any of our emails anymore, knowing very good we can't open anymore a complaint at eBay Or PayPal. Anyway I wrote to customer services from EBay who asked me to send them all the conversations and emails between Nina Furfur and me, and the info from the customs we received, witch we did, and than EBay advised me to go to the police and put down a complaint against Nina Furfur. So know I want as many people possible to know that even when a company like Nina Furfur has a good reputation, they don't care when you buy luxury brands goods with them, if you receive them or not, or if they are counterfeit or not, they only care about ripping you off if they can. Anybody that would be interested to see the proof of this ripp of, emails and conversations, and papers from customs, I will be happy to send them to you, you can contact me on (((ROR redacted)))
