I ordered a waist trainer from No Waist Clique on Thursday, June 11th. On June 12th I emailed asking when I could expect the trainer to ship out because I never received a confirmation, and I didn't get a reply until June 14th saying that they don't ship on the weekend. That doesn't answer my question at all and is frankly a very rude way to respond to a customer who is merely wanting to ensure that her order was received and it would be shipped in a timely manner. I've since expressed my frustration with their lack of communication and I've gotten no reply. I now requested a refund and for my order to be cancelled since it obviously hasn't shipped out. Still no reply. I just want my money back and to take my business elsewhere where they know how to properly treat customers.
