sarah states that I swindled her and lied.
the management company that I represent pays my commissions for every deal and brokers that bring clients collect their who commissions from the client (collect your own fee cyof). i believe she was represented by a broker and that broker was the one that swindled her. what i suspect happened was,her broker told her she could move in on certain date not by advice (brokers methods to get a deal) and put it on me. One thing I pride myself for is being honest on move-in dates as there are many moving parts from management, building managers and superintendents And avoid at all cost misreprentation.
The management company is large and is known to be slow and let every person know the process would take upwards of a month because it was the height of the summer. She's lying and disgruntled, I took no fees, Her broker swindled her not me.
