Noueavu Tavern Rude, unprofessional manager, and black owned business Chicago Illinois
This was the worst treatment I have every experienced from a business. I was told to be at the establishment at a certain time for my resetvation I waited an hour and a half upon arriving at the agreed time for my table to be ready. This was stated to the manager which I believe her name was Tavy or something of that sort. She was not apologetic at all nor was she accommodation when I was spending a large sum of money on this night. I didn't want to ruin the night so I stayed. I will say the night atmosphere from the customers is great but this is overlooked because of the rude and unprofessional staff. I wanted to support black business but now I will support businesses that are courteous to their customers and race will never be my concern.
