OCM.com is a company that provides products and services to college students. I ordered $160 of various baskets to be sent to my son at school throughout the year. I ordered in August 2015 for his start date of August 24th. It was a WELCOME BASKET! First basket was to be delivered sept 17th -no basket. I called to complain on 9-22 and they promised to send a new one out FED EX for Friday delivery on 9-23. No basket 9-23 or 9-24 Called on 9-28 and they said -oh- fed ex is running 2-3 says behind it will go out today. I asked for a full refund and they said 3-5 weeks!!! This is a scam and they have horrible customer service. Each time you call you get a different story. I have filed a written complaint with the university and the better business bureau. Parents beware!!! I may see a refund by Christmas! I won't hold my breath
