Ocwen loan servicing Taking away The American Dream: Our homes were stripped of equity ,we are about to become Homeless:Plese Help!!!! Internet
The United States Government,The FBI, and Ripoff Report put Anthony Demarco behind bars,Anthony DeMarco along with his accomplices aka Slugs scammed and stole Equity from 120 homeowners,Staw buyers were involved (investors) and some of them received 10,000 cash for each home they "purchased plus rent. TBW was the mortgage holder on my property,then when the Government shut them down Ocwen Loan servicing took over.
The straw buyer contacted me and said I could buy my home back from him ,try and get a loan if I could not do this the bank (Ocwen) would take back the house. I had no money to buy back the home. DeMarco and the straw buyers kept the equity and also received 2900 rent. Anthony Demarco said reserves would be set aside for hardships of course there were no reserves Demarco and his slugs took the money the homes went into foreclosure.
This is where Ocwen comes in: There is an injunction on the homes involved in the scam,this injunction was placed by The United States Government and The United States Government is trying DeMarco,Rei
There is going to be mediation and Ocwen sent out a court document asking for our income,utility bills,etc. We had 45 days to respond if no response we would not be included in the Mediation and the Foreclosure proceedings would go on. I sent all my documents . I do not have a good credit report but I am working and I am also back in school. Ocwen has advised they cannot offer a loan or any other resolution to the property however I can still proceed in the Mediation.
Why is this? Our equity and homes were stolen ,this is not fair. The straw buyesr received money and some took out loans on our homes. Why should we become homeless ,I worked 30 years for my little home and put 30% down.
Why can't the Government bail us out??? The banks got bailed out.I along with others was facing losing my home ,we did not know that DeMarco and the investors were going to do this.
I have heard about these bail-out loans issued by the government, Ocwen is supppose to be involved with the Government so why not give us a loan,it would help us all. We would pay it back and give us a standing in socity again instead of becoming homeless. Ocwen is suppose to be helping but I guess just the rich ,Ocwen and Freddie Mac seems to me you don't care about us and just are very greedy individuals hurting and destroying lives and ruining the American Dream.

Many thanks to all at Ripoff Report: your site is making Ocwen and other predators known: Though the Government has given Ocwen and Freddie Mac carte blanche.I am hoping someone will help us.
Our situations are all different but Ocwen continues to rob us of our homes and the "American Dream. I am hoping our Government will wake up and help us get back our homes.
How can these things happen ? Ocwen with their lawyers and fancy silk stationery and silk envelopes can't even get the proper address on a home they can offer no resolution too??
Typo error their attorneys advised but same applies to my home.
Ocwens other excuse is lost paper work. Will someone Please Help??? Why do crooked people get away with stuff because they are rich?? I do not want to lose my home,150,000 was kept and now I should lose?? Why not offer us a loan?? The straw buyers received loans and also pay offs on our properties.
How can this happen? Fraud on Hud documents. Anyone who can help ,Help is really needed. None of us are rich,not even middle class, Please Ocwen has a billion dollar portfolio,Litton loan, all kinds of properties do not let them take away our homes.
For 2012 please help Ocwen victims and DeMarco Rei victims get a loan so we can get back our homes. 31 million dollars stolen,rent paid,equity stolen,houses in Bankruptcy or Foreclosure>
Please United States Government help save our homes so we don't have to go in the street.

As 2011 comes to a close there is one thing all of us are thankful for: The internet,Ed Magedson and his awesome staff and the First Amendent.
Predators such as Ocwen,Chase, Litton loan are trying to take awy the American Dream,they are losing paper work,misapplying payments and enjoying large bonuses while we are awaiting our fate.
It is not fair that ocwen along with chase,Litton, Goldman and Sachs should get away with this.We are not asking for a free ride just a helping hand aka as a Bail out so we can keep our homes.
Why does Ocwen have an office in India anyway? We need jobs right here in the USA.
Things are getting worse not better: We are in a much better place with RipOff Report and while they might be getting away with a lot,hopefully justice will eventually prevail. We all have posted our situations and for now I am hoping everyone has a Happy Holiday Season.
We can continue to write on Rip-Off in 2012,I am hoping someone out there will help us. Until 2012 I am signing off and want to thank Rip off from all of us for your hard work and awesome sight.
