Omba Ahmad Flippa User, SCAM, Stolen Intellectual Property and Application - Stole $3,000 even after signed contract Clinton Mississippi
I have seen a lot of people scam others and unfortunately I was the latest victim. I'm a professional web designer with many years in the industry, creating applcations and websites for many people, startups and companies, and recently I have come across a very bad user in the internet, his name is Omba Ahmad, or at least this is the name he goes for.
Over the years I have build personal projects, one of which i called "Noutes.com" a simple pretty application which lets users send birthday cards through the web and Facebook. I thought it was a nice application however I did not have enough time to grow it, or expand it, so I put it up for sale on FLIPPA.com.
Omba, contacted after the auction post had experied:

These emails kept going for 3-4 months, until the day we agreed and signed a contract for USD $3000.
He made an initial payment of $1500 through e-check PayPal, and I sent the Backup Files from my application.
Soon after he "returned" and Cancelled the PayPal transaction, stealing my application backup files.

After a long time trying to resolve this issue, Omba has finally made partial payment for the application we sold to him, which we have agreed to receive and NOT deal with him again.
After communicating with him through many emails, we agreed to NOT pursue more serious actions and even though he did pay partial amount according to initial contract, we have talked and have decided NOT to pursue any other interaction with him. This case is closed and Dellustrations shall cease all communications and any interaction with Omba moving forward, which does NOT relate to him as a person. Dellustrations has accepted the payment and its a wrap.
Disregard Omba.
