Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Beware of "Michael Price" owner of www.omegamultigroup.com his "company" will offer you services for reputation management and SEO, In reality they were not able to deliver the promised results (removing google results of RIPOFF reports) and did not honor their refund policy they were contracted on. After they failed to deliver the results promised they started to give very childish explanations why they do not need to honor the refund policy and then became unresponsive in their email chain leaving us the customer to hang. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can they will not deliver and will not honor their own contract, they are a scam!!. The owner "Michael Price" also has several T-shirt related affiliate websites online such as nirvanashirt.com jimi-hendrix-shirt.com Their customer service is a simple gmail account , so this gives a fair clue on how this company operates. Maybe they can hire their own services now to remove this ripoff report , possibly they will have more luck this time around and if not they can always deny themselves a refund.... Attached is the definition of "Reputation Management"

Reputation management is the process of tracking an entity's actions and other entities' opinions about those actions; reporting on those actions and opinions; and reacting to that report creating a feedback loop. All entities involved are generally people, but that need not always be the case. Other examples of entities include animals, businesses, or even locations or materials. The tracking and reporting may range from word-of-mouth to statistical analysis of thousands of data points. Reputation management has come into wide use with the advent of widespread computing. This is evidenced by a recent front page story in the Washington Postfeaturing several online reputation management firms. Reputation management systems use various predefined criteria for processing complex data to report reputation. However, these systems only facilitate and automate the process of determining trustworthiness. This process is central to all kinds of human interaction, including interpersonal relationships, international diplomacy, stock markets, communication through marketing and public relations and sports.

Integrity and reputation are the only real assets held by partners in professional services firms; when one is lost, everything else follows, as Andersen fatally discovered with the recent Enron debacle. For that reason, every firm must develop a plan to prepare for the day its corporate integrity-or that of its professionals-is threatened. The global pressures to control corporate wrongdoing are intensifying. In the current climate, the conduct and competence of professional services firms are increasingly under the microscope. Given a choice of being accused of incompetence, negligence, or collusion, which would you select for your firm? Think before you answer; the wrong choice could spell the death of your organisation-or your personal career. Media crises are often about accepting the lesser of those evils and acting properly to deal with the problem.
