One Stop Carpet ABEL GUTIERREZ Ruined my Carpet !!! Beware !!! Selma California
I wish I had looked at the other reviews before I called his individual out to clean my carpets. What can I say except that he has left my carpet wet dirty smelly and now its molding all the way into the pad ! His equipmen looks as if it’s never been cleaned .. I’m regretting not sending him away the minute I saw his Van pull into my drive . He left my carpets soaking wet not to mention his demeanor and that of his "helper " bordered on frightening . From the multiple tattoos to the unprofessional appearance and manners I do regret not being a stronger person and sending them away when they first arrived . He also demanded cash , no checks and when I mentioned how wet my carpet felt he dismissed me very rudely and said they’ll dry just give it time . Well it’s been over a week and they are still wet and now have developed mold underneath the carpet itself onto the padding . I dint know what to do at this point know I will not call him back to my home . I’m reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. I have also called a professional carpet cleaner who has informed me that the carpet needs to be taken up completely and dried professionally and treated with a solution to kill the mold . This is a nightmare and my reason for filing this report is to warn others : Do not call this company for carpet cleaning . They should not be allowed to be in business . Thank you
