My daughter paid to have the unwanted taped shipped back after she called and cancelled her account with Olingo. I just called Olingo and they said they keep a record of every phone call and every email. They claim she didn't call or cancel or ship back the language tapes because they have no record of any of those things. This is a total ripoff. These operators are trained to sound like they care and to put you off in a soothing manner, but that doesn't deter me. The woman I talked to claimed she was sending my daughter an email of how to send back the CD's and will credit her card for the $76.90. I'll believe it when I see it. She said it is my daughter's responsibility to prove she canelled and mailed back the other CD's. She said my daughter would have to provide a tracking number for her return and still prove she did it before they can credit her account. Come on!!!! I hope she kept the number, but how many people really hang on to something like that when they think the company(Olingo) is keeping their word and cancelling her account and refunding her money like they said they would, especially after a couple of months. Hard lesson learned I guess. She got two more overdraft charges because of the practices of this company. This just isn't honest.
