They sell (badly) used keyless remote fobs, not new as advertised. The one I received (invoice 16314) was so badly used that the raised lettering on the rubber buttons was worn smoothe.
When I aksed for return, they emailed detailed instructions, which I followed. When I shipped the product back to them, no reply. They (Nicole) simply won't acknowledge that there is a problem, or even that the product was returned.
I have done further internet research and found that real new replacement remotes are available for my Jetta for roughly the same price as the used junk that Original Keyless ships.
Don't be fooled, they'll send you a used remote (if you get anything at all) and then they'll ignore your refund requests.
