Merchandise ordered months ago.  At first, I rec'd a reply to my emails telling me to be patient.  The workbench never arrived.  Now, the vender will not reply to my enquiries.  Following is a sample of our correspondence from December.

"I still cannot trace this order, nor do I know if it even has moved.  Please advise WHERE IT IS and if you cannot, please REFUND my credit card.

On 2018-12-25 9:31 p.m., Preston Dodson wrote:

Dear customer,

I am sorry to let you wait for so long, your goods are already on the road, we will try our best to let your order receive as soon as possible and hope that you can understand us. Please be patient and we will continue to serve you.

Best Wishes!"

Since then, nothing.
