My husband and I purchased two properties from Paragon in Feb 2007. We visited Costa Rica May 2007 and mailed our request for a full refund on both properties June 6, 2007.
After many phone calls, promises, emails and a letter from our attorney from the law office of Kaufman, Vidal, Hileman and Ramlow P.C., we received a refund for the property located In Buena Vista. Mr. Esteban Soto C, President of Paragon Properties of Costa Rica, S.A. responded to our attorney on November 14, 2007 stating a refund had been issued for Buena Vista Lot #69. He also included, "Currently we are processing a second refund in the amount of $45,900.00 (forty five thousand nine hundred dollard) for Ocean Palms North, Lot #4. When this refund check is sent, I will forward this information to your office."
Today is May 14, 2008 and still no "processed" refund. Again many phone calls (hi to Joni in Accounting) (hi to Jackie her asst?), emails and calls from our attorney have produced results.
Are there any Class Action Lawsuits in progress that I can join?
