you have been SCAMMED. Your money is gone-they were NEVER going to give you a loan. This is a variation of the "advanced fee" loan scam. It is absolutely ILLEGAL in the US to require any type of collateral payments, insurance payments, set number of monthly payments paid in advance, etc. as a requirement for granting a consumer loan. You can file a complaint with the FTC, the FBI and your state Attorney General. You can obtain information about "advance fee" loan scams at the FTC website: www.ftc.gov. I'm sorry for you.
