We are writing to let you know one of your buyers opened a case for this transaction. The buyer didn't receive a refund or credit.

Nothing wrong with this, so I contacted the buyer to find out what's going on:

 

Subject: Hi David Paup.

  Hi, you open the dispute case with me. I shipped plants to you, you received it and now after more then 2 month you open that case. That's wrong? You bought from me 2 plants 5" + up Autumn Clematis Vine Paniculata White potted fast growing. Just remind you might forgot about that purchase. You bought it 06/25/2018. Please explain.   Nadia,   We are so sorry.  Our VISA bill said Pay Pal.  I didn’t remember using Pay Pal so I checked the account and it said no transactions had been made.  We will call Capital One and tell them right away.   Loreen

Subject: Re: Hi David Paup.   OK, thanks. I understand, it’s happened to me too when I payed by credit card instead Paypal. Thanks. I hope they close the case.

  Nadia,   We contacted Capital One.  This is what they told us:  As per dispute procedure by Visa/MasterCard, we have already processed a charge reversal back to the merchant and cannot reply the charge without the merchant’s response to the reversal.  There are two ways we can handle our need for a response from the merchant. 

1.  We can wait for them to respond to our reversal.  If they respond, we will reapply the proper reversal procedures. 

2.  You may contact the merchant directly and request that they contact their bank to follow the proper reversal procedures.   We are so sorry for this confusion.  I thought when we called them they would just reinstate the charge.  However,  they seem to have a set of rules that have to be followed so it looks like you will have to contact them.  Let us know if we need us to do anything else.   Loreen   I called to paypal many times talk to an angens: Ezalda, Albert, Mailen, Rod superwiser.... Also I send them answers from Loreen to [email protected] about this case PP-D-12717708   And today I got again email.

 In addition, you have been debited a $20.00 USD chargeback fee. What??? I called and I didn't have clear answer from paypal what I charged for $20 if it was not my mistake at all.

What paypal doing?.. collect the money from customers in there own favor?? They charge me but I do not have on my account any charge amount, they just took it. And If I do not remember I might not notice. They just withdrow the money. Look at the picture.

I do not trust that company and will look other company to work with and you supposed to do the same to be sure paypal don't ever take the money from you without your concern. They probably took the maney from us many times who knows?? Any company checked paypal yet?

 Bad experience!! They are full of lies and fake reviews. They stole my asset and locked my account for days. My rescue //asknetrecovery.com// gave me the opportunity to have my asset back again successfully
